Fire Station No. 7

Fire Station No. 7 was built in 1927 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. A contemporary redevelopment by Venerable Properties, the predecessor entity to Meritus, joined the Fire Station and adjacent industrial building and converted them into office space and the property is now home to Bremik Construction.

Analog Tacoma
Analog Tacoma is a 115-unit apartment building in the heart of downtown Tacoma, Washington, just two blocks from the convention center and immediately adjacent to the University of Washington campus. The building includes a gym, workspace, a community room, media room, and a rooftop deck. Analog delivered in early 2023 and Meritus provided pro-forma underwriting, pre-leasing, and initial lease-up services.

The NW Fence & Wire Works Building was an adaptive reuse completed in 2006 by Venerable Properties, the predecessor entity to Meritus. The property is surrounded by other industrial buildings and adds to and preserves the industrial character of the past while providing modern office space. Built in 1911 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building has been used as stables, fence and wire manufacturing, and distribution for bakery equipment.

The Goodrich Building

The building’s namesake and architect, Burton Goodrich, was an understudy of Frank Lloyd Wright and oversaw his only project in the state of Oregon as well as many others around the country.
