Garrett Dennett

  • Vice President, Commercial

As Vice President of Commercial, Garrett brings over twelve years of commercial and multifamily property management and leasing experience in both the northeast and west coast regions.

Garrett has recently served as the Director of Real Estate Operations at Interurban Real Estate Group where he led a team that managed over 1.3 million square feet of commercial property in the Portland, Oregon metro area.

Previously, Garrett directed the rapid expansion of NBP Capital’s commercial real estate portfolio in Portland, Oregon and Los Angeles, California, which grew from five assets with 128,000 square feet to more than forty-five assets with over two-million square feet under management in in less than five years.

During his tenure with NBP Capital, his team specialized in both the renovation and re-development of properties with historical significance. Having earned his BA in history from the College of Wooster and managed significantly older assets in New England, he found breathing “new life” into 100+ year locales to be a natural fit.

Additionally, Garrett and his team developed and managed a robust cannabis specific sub-portfolio in the Portland and Los Angeles markets that sprung up shortly before the legalization of recreational use in 2016. They were instrumental in the expansion and development of a range of assets including a 100,000+ square foot state-of-the-art indoor grow operation as well as an expansive network of retail-dispensary locations.

Garrett moved to the Pacific Northwest from Connecticut in 2014, where he and his colleagues had previously managed a 1.5 million square foot portfolio of properties with more than 100 buildings, ranging in size from single family houses to 200,000+ square foot commercial buildings for Yale University.

When out of the office, Garrett can be found playing, enthusiastically watching, or even coaching soccer for local Youth Club Foothills SC. Exploring the countless trails, mountains, rivers, and lakes of the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Kate, and trusty pup, Otis, is his passion.
