Amber Craven

As Vice President of Residential, Amber oversees the operations of all multifamily and co-living assets under management and has extensive knowledge of conventional, affordable, tax credit, and mixed-use assets. She has over twenty-five years of experience in property management, having worked with both smaller firms, regional firms such as Templeton Property Management, as well as institutional firms such as Mission Rock, where she worked throughout the west and southwest United States.

With a degree from Portland State University, Amber is rooted in the Pacific Northwest region. She has also been involved with Multifamily Northwest for many years and has previously served as Committee Chair.

During her off time, she can be found hiking her favorite trails in the PNW, cheering on the sidelines for her kids’ sports, and creating savory dishes for dinner guests.
